Our new home construction projects are often in-fill projects in the heart of Austin. It is usually the case that we demolish a house because it is beyond repair, then we build new. Like our remodeling and addition business, we are usually performing our new builds in town. Meaning we are very skilled at creating the traditional style of Austin’s oldest neighborhoods. With our team of highly skilled trades, we can perform work that is considered a lost art. Custom moldings, in-laid hardwood floors, and stained glass are only some of our capabilities.
We also have the depth and knowledge to build projects in the contemporary, modern, and mid-century modern range. From structural steel, to nanawalls, to ipe siding. We have developed our skills to take on these deceivingly simple construction projects, and we relish the challenge.
